Key Curriculum Elements

Core Components of the Curriculum

1. Local Education System Integration

    • DASSP’s curriculum closely follows the local education system, ensuring students are equipped with the necessary knowledge to meet local academic standards. The school’s primary focus is to provide the completion of the standard school syllabus, addressing a common problem in local schools where syllabi are often not fully covered.
  •

2. English Language Program

    • DASSP includes a dedicated English Language Program that strengthens students’ command of English, a critical skill for academic and professional success. Lessons focus on vocabulary, grammar, and conversational practice, ensuring that students are proficient and confident in language use.
  •

Curriculum Highlights

Unique Features of the DASSP Curriculum

  • 1. Standard School Syllabus Completion

    • Many local schools fail to complete their syllabi, leaving students underprepared for exams. DASSP addresses this by ensuring the full completion of the syllabus, giving students a solid foundation for their term examinations.
    • By completing the syllabus before the academic year ends, students have ample time for revision and preparation, reducing exam-related stress and improving outcomes.
  • 2. Recreational Activities

    • DASSP believes in the importance of recreational activities alongside academic work. The school offers various activities to keep students engaged, prevent truancy, and foster personal growth. These activities help students develop social skills, teamwork, and leadership while enjoying time away from textbooks.
    • These recreational programs also serve to keep students off the streets and engaged in positive pursuits, creating a strong community of motivated learners.

   3. Holistic Learning Approach

    • DASSP’s holistic approach integrates academic and social learning, addressing students’ complete needs. This reduces the time and stress associated with travelling between various tutoring centres, as DASSP offers everything in one place.
    • The school also provides a calm, supervised environment for students to engage in self-study. Faculty members are always available for guidance, ensuring that students can focus and excel in their studies

  4. Quiet Learning Environment

    • Students at DASSP benefit from quiet and focused learning spaces, which help them concentrate and improve their academic performance. Supervised by faculty members, these spaces allow students to develop self-discipline and independent study habits.
